Covering a construction area of more than 20,000 square meters and more than 300 employees, we specialize in the production of all kinds of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials of precision castings.
By providing systematic solutions for metal forming from product drawing design, mold making, casting blanks to precision machining, etc., our annual production capacity is up to 5000 tons.
The company's core business focuses on valve castings, pump castings, machinery and auto parts castings, superalloy castings and other fields.

PASS has more than 150 sets of machines, the main equipment are imported from Taiwan(China), Japan and the United States, and equipped with 150kg/250kg/400kg/4 sets of fast melting furnaces.

By introducing two standard production lines of international silica-sol process and composite process, equipped with robotic shell-making line, air-drying line and automatic temperature and humidity control system, we greatly enhance the production efficiency and the stability of product quality.
Simultaneously, the company has built a central laboratory, with complete testing equipment, including Optical Emission Spectrometer, tensile testing machine, three-coordinate measuring machine, impact testing machine, hardness tester, magnetic defect detector, water pressure tester, salt spray device, etc.
We have established strict control standards from material inspection, process control, finished product inspection to user evaluation, to ensure the whole process of product quality testing and control.
