IPA Asia Limited produce welded steel pipes such as LSAW Pipe (SAWL Pipe), SSAW Pipe (SAWH Pipe), ERW Pipe (HFW Pipe).

Steel Pipe Applications:

1 - Line Pipe: For conveying gas, water and oil either in the oil or natural gas industries.

For conveying mineral slurry, sewage.

Main Standard: API SPEC 5L, ISO 3183, GB/T 9711.1, GB/T 9711.2, AWWA C200, ASTM A53, etc.

2 - Pipe for Structures: For manufacture of vessels, equipment, pipe fittings and steel structures.

Main Standard: GB/T 8162, DIN 1629, API 5L, etc.

3 - Pipe for Piling: Commonly used to create deep foundations for building, bridges, docks and other construction projects.

Main uses for steel pipe piles include to create deep foundations for: building construction, offshore construction, marine construction, dock construction, bridge construction, road and highway construction, rail road transportation structure construction, structural support construction, column construction, oil field construction services, communication tower construction.

The CNPC pipe products comply with various international standards such as API 5L/5CT/5ST, ASTM, DNV, ISO, DIN, EN, BS, CE, CSA, GOST etc.

The external coating plants are capable of producing single/double layer fusion-bond epoxy (FBE), two/three layers polyethylene/polypropylen e (3LPE/3LPP), polyurethane, as well as different kinds of painting with different brands such as PPG, Jotun, AkzoNobel, Carboline, etc.

The internal coating plants are capable of producing liquid epoxy, FBE.

In addition, in order to meet the customer's project material packaging needs, IPA gradually provide customers with valves and steel structure modules.

For valves, IPA cooperated with well-known listed valve company with regional Exclusive Agency Agreement, for its distribution of valve products.

The valves include: gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, check valve and different kinds of actuators, which has successfully produced to Cooper Cameron, Valvitalia, PBV Valve, WAGI Valve, CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC, etc.
