"ECRIM, founded in 1968, has more than 40 years experience in developing and manufacturing all kinds of microelectronic devicesand electronic packages.
There are our business sectors and three subsidiary companies, Hefei Shengda Electronics Technology Industry
Company, Hefei Hengli eletek Co., ltd, and Shenzhen Ecrim Power Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
ECRIM offer various types of DC/DC converters, SDC/RDC and DSC/DRC converters, modular power supplies,
metal packages, ceramic submounts and substrates, industry furnaces and LED drivers etc.
There are six production lines available, covering thick film circuits, LTCC, AIN-HTCC, metal packages.
ECRIM has obtained quality and environmental management system certification such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO28001.
