Dalian Yimei Machinery Co., Ltd was founded in the 1950s .It was transformed into a private joint-stock enterprise from a state-owned one in 1997, which covers an area of more than 30, 000 square meters.
It located in Dalian a developing city which is in the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula, with Danda highway passing through and Danda Railway crossing the urban area.
