We implement strict quality control on manufacturing process, at every step from raw material(sponge, crystal bars or ingots) to final products.
Our products include wire, pipes and tubes, sheets, plates, foils, bars, crystal bars, sputtering targets, fasteners and other related products.
Youtian is the only manufacturer of Zirconium and Hafnium Crystal Bars in our country.
Our production capacity has reached 5t per month for Zr Crystal Bars and 3t per month for Hf Crystal bars.
Products grades include R1 and R3(Hf) , R60702, R60704 and R60705(Zr).
Products standards include ASTM, ASME, AMS, AWS, JIS, DIN or other standards as required by customers.
The testing parties we have been working with are General Research Institute for Non ferrous Metals(GRINM) and physical testing and Chemical Analysis Center of Western Metal Materials Co., Ltd.（WMM）.
Both of them are first rate national laboratories and enjoy high reputation in respect of non ferrous metals testing.
The third inspection parties can be SGS, ALEX, KRT or any other third party designated by customers.
