With full series equipments including many sets Toshiba& MoriSeiki&other imported CNC machines, precision and large grinders, high grade drillers, etc., advanced CAD/CAM systerm, full measuring instruments such as CMM, good marketing service& sales net, we have first class capability for mould base with quality systerm of ISO9001.
Kehai provide solution for mold base, mainly manufactures large and precision mould bases for plastic injection, die casting, cold work tools, also provide special service such as rough and finish CNC forming machining.
The mold bases are mainly used for high level molds includes automotive, electrical appliance, IT electronics and package moulds, etc.
Kehai is good at manufacturing mould bases as the standards of DME and HASCO, also skilled in producing high precision & challenge mould bases, such as two shots, corrosion resisting, multi cavities, hardened mould bases.
Nearly 40% mold bases are used for exporting moulds and 15% mould bases are directly exported to North American Europe and Asian Pacific region.
Kehai provide whole series quality tool steel for plastic moulds and die casting dies as the distributors of industeel, Groditz, and Kind & Co, also provide domestic quality mould steel.
Kehai provide full service for customers, such as steel choice suggestion, heat treatment guarantee, technical files and consultant, CNC machining for the cavity and core steel.
