Working Principle:

KPJ series ladle transfer car is powered by AC 380V through the device of cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the cart.

The cable can be let out and collected with the cart’s moving.

The motor is controlled by electric system.

Motor and gear reducer are controlled by electrical system to drive wheels and make the cart start, stop, go forward and backward, speed up and slow down and so on.

The ladle bracket is installed on the cart so that the ladle can be put flexibly through crane.

The small ladle can be put directly on the surface of cart.

And besides KPJ (cable reeling drum driven), battery power, sliding line, festoon cable, low voltage railway are also could be provided for most suitable option for you.
