Knapsack Type Intelligent AGV is aimed at automatic production line

and automatic logistics with easy- operated Android system and

humanized design.

It achieves high- accuracy localization and

distant hub control due to its laser navigation and magnetic

navigation technology as well as its RFID localization technique.

hours without stopping.

This type of AGV can be combined together

assembly line.

Knapsack- Type AGV can deliver material with pallet, wheeled shelf, box, rolling cylinder and turnover box on its top back, or with a towed carrier.

Through reading the position mark, it can choose the stations automatically to stop, with 300mm min, turning radius, and + 10mm breaking accuracy.

It’s equipped with a sector scanning obstacle sensor and mechanical anti- collision device.

Multiple AGVS can be combined together to be a flexible production system, instead of the traditional assembly line.

Knapsack AGVS enable you to put trays rocks, boxed, drums, turnover boxes and other goods on their bodies or pull vehicles at their tails.

Such AGVS can realize intelligent stops by recognizing landmarks, with the 30mm minimum turning radius and + 10mm stop accuracy.

A double safety design is provided with a fan- shop scanning sensor and a mechanical anti- collision device.

When multiple sets of AGVS are used, they form an assembly line to substitute for a traditional line.

This realizes a flexible products system.
