Air fryer inspection (appearance) : 1 - The surface of the electroplated parts must be smooth, without spots, pinholes and bubbles.

2 - Paint surface film must be smooth and bright, uniform color, solid paint layer, the main surface should be free of paint, spots, wrinkles and peeling and other defects affecting the appearance.

3 - The surface of the plastic parts should be smooth, uniform color, no obvious top white, scratch and color spots.

4 - The overall color is consistent, no obvious color difference.

5 - The assembly gap/step between the outer surface parts of the product should be less than 0.5mm, and the overall performance is consistent, the strength of the coordination is uniform and appropriate, and there is no too tight or too loose coordination.

6 - The rubber washer at the bottom should be fully assembled, without falling off, damage, rust and other phenomena.

7 - Measure individual product weight, product size, outer box gross weight, outer box size, power cord length and air fryer body capacity according to product specifications or sample control test provided by the customer.

If the customer does not provide detailed tolerance requirements, +/-3% tolerance should be used.

Inspection and test methods 1 - Coating adhesion test

Use 3M 600 adhesive paper to test the adhesion of oil spray, hot stamping, UV coating and printed surface, and the content should not be 10% off.

2 - Label friction test

Wipe the rated label with a cloth dipped in water for 15S, and then wipe the label with a cloth dipped in gasoline for 15S.

There is no obvious change on the label, and the handwriting should be clear.

3 - Full function test (including functions that must be assembled)

Switches/knobs, installation, adjustment, setting, display and other functions specified in the manual should be well operated.

All functions shall comply with the declaration.

For the air fryer, it should also test the function of cooking French fries, chicken wings and other food, after cooking, the outer surface of the French fries should be golden brown crisp texture, the interior of the French fries should be slightly dry without moisture, good taste; After cooking the chicken wings, the skin of the chicken wings should be crisp and no liquid outflow, if the meat is too hard to indicate that the chicken wings are too dry, it is not a good cooking effect.

4 - Input power test

Test method: Measure and calculate the power deviation applied to the rated voltage.

At the rated voltage and normal operating temperature, the rated power deviation should not be greater than the following provisions:

Plus or minus 10% 5 - High voltage test

Test method: Apply the required voltage (voltage according to the product category or the voltage below the root) between the components to be tested, the action time is 1S, and the leakage current is 5mA.

Required test voltage: 1200V for products destined for the US or Canadian market; The Class I sold to Europe is 1000V, and the Class II sold to Europe is 2500V without insulation breakdown.

Air fryers generally belong to Class I.

6 - Boot test

Test method: The sample shall be supplied with rated voltage and work for at least 4 hours under full load or according to the instructions (if less than 4 hours).

After the test, the sample shall be able to pass high voltage test, function test, grounding resistance test, etc., and the result measurement shall be without defects.

7 - Barcode scanning test

The bar code is clearly printed, scanned by the bar code scanner, and the scanning results are consistent with the product.

8 - Grounding test

Test method: Ground test current 25A, time 1S, resistance is not greater than 0.1ohm.

U.S. Canadian market: Ground test current 25A, time 1S, resistance is not greater than 0.1ohm.

9 - Thermal fuse function test

Let the temperature limiter not work, dry burning until the hot fuse is disconnected, the fuse should be active, no safety problems appear.

10 - Power cable tension test

Test method: IEC standard: pull 25 times.

If the net weight of the product is less than or equal to 1 kg, pull 30 Newtons; If the net weight of the product is greater than 1 kg and less than or equal to 4 kg, pull 60 Newton; If the net weight of the product is greater than 4 kg, pull 100 Newtons.

After the test, the power cord should not produce more than 2mm displacement.

UL standard: Pull 35 pounds and hold for 1 minute without displacement of the power cable.

The report shows the situation at the inspection site.

Check and verify that the goods meet the requirements of size, weight, packing and workmanship according to the information provided by customer.

Work is good, function test is normal.
