Inspection standards for birth bear

1 - Package

A.

Check whether the outer box label is correct, whether there is wrong printing, and whether there is useless wrong outer box.

Whether the printing of the outer box meets the requirements, and it is not acceptable if there is oil or ambiguity;

B, check whether the toy tag is complete, whether it is used incorrectly;

C, check whether the play of the toy tag is wrong, whether the position is wrong;

D, any serious or minor defects found in the packaged toys must be picked out, to ensure that unqualified products;

E, understand the customer's packaging requirements and the correct packaging method.

Check for errors;

F, packaging plastic bags, must be printed with warning slogans, all plastic bags must be drilled at the bottom;

G, to understand whether the customer requires the placement of instructions, warnings and other text paper in the box;

H, check whether the toys in the box are placed correctly, too squeezed and space are not acceptable;

The number of toys in the box and the number marked on the outside box must be consistent, not a few;

J.

Check whether there are scissors, drill and other packaging tools left in the box, and then seal the plastic bag and the carton;

K.

When sealing the box, non-transparent adhesive paper can not cover the box mark text;

L, fill in the correct case number, the total number must be in line with the order quantity.

2 - Drop box test:

Since the toys in the box have to go through a long time of transportation and beating, in order to understand the endurance of the toys and the situation after the fall.

The drop box test must be carried out.

(Especially toy boxes with porcelain and color boxes).

Here's how:

A.

Lift any corner, three sides, and six sides of the outer box of the sealed toy to the chest level (36 ") and drop the corner freely, falling on all three sides and six sides.

B.

Open the box and check the status of the toys inside.

Decide whether to change the packaging method and replace the outer box according to the endurance of the toy.
