1 - From plastics to fuel oils, other organic solid fertilizers, such as waste plastics, are put into a reaction vessel, and subjected to pyrolysis chemical reactions.

2 - The cracked oil and gas are liquefied through the condensing system into heavy oil falling into the tank.

Part of the non-condensable gases will be recovered by the equipment for the heating of the reactor.

3 - In order to meet the environmental protection department's assessment criteria for the three wastes, dust removal and deodorization devices are provided.

4 - When the temperature of the reactor drops below 40 degrees, remove the carbon black inside.

Product and use:

From plastics to fuel, it can be mainly obtained: 40-45% of fuel, 30% of carbon black, 15% of waste steel wire, and 10% of combustible gas.

Fuel oil: It is mainly used in steel plant, boiler plant, cement plant, glass factory, brick plant combustion heating material, also can be used for heavy oil generator materials.

Carbon black: It is mainly used for pressure ball combustion and refined milling.

Refining can be used for new tires, rubber soles, and pigments.

Combustible gas: It will be recycled by the equipment for heating the reactor.

Second process: from fuel to diesel(Fuel oil to diesel oil distillation machine)

1 - From fuel oil to diesel oil, high-temperature distillation and condensation chemical reactions are used.

The high-temperature heating system is used to distill the impurities in the fuel oil and distill the clean oil and gas.

2 - The oil and gas filter enters the condensing system.

When the hot oil is cooled, it is liquefied and flows into the oil tank.

3 - The light oil in the tank is degreased and desulfurized to obtain the final diesel oil.

Final product and application:

From fuel to diesel can get: 80-85% of diesel, 15-20% of asphalt.

Diesel oil: Mainly used for diesel generators, power oil for heavy machinery, and light fuel oil.

Asphalt: Mainly used for paving or refining in asphalt plants.
