That carcass material for this product is of EP fabric with covers of specially compounded styrene-butadience rubber (SBR) or chlorophyll rubber that has good heat resistance, and is suitable for conveying materials up to 150 deg.C., although for fine materials as used in metallurgy, cement production etc ., this would be somewhat less.

1 - Suitable for conveying material under 150℃.

2 - Utilizing special materials and process technology, this belt provides high tensile strength, good load support even for wide belts, long distances possible with highest temperature resistance and high capacities .

3 - High adhesion between the plies even while in operation reducing the risk of delamination.

4 - Retains good abrasion resistant even when conveying sharp material, e.g. sinter etc.

5 - Good trough -ability and smooth transportation .

6 - Long service life, EP fabric is one times higher than high temperature resistant conveyor belt with cotton fabric in usage.
