N330 high abrasion furnace black ( carbon black)

N330 is the most widely used type of high abrasion furnace black.

Absorbing iodine values 82, DBP absorption values 102 - The wear resistance of this product somewhat less than super abrasion series of carbon black, and better than channel black.

Used for tire tread, rubber cord, rubber sidewall and various industrial products.

This product is a good performance reinforcing carbon black, rubber can have better tensile properties, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility.

Passenger tire which uses this product, its rolling losses ( hysteresis loss) is greater than the carbon black N351in N300 series and smaller than other varieties.

The performance of extrusion and dispersion in the rubber compound is also good for a variety of synthetic rubber and natural rubber.

N550 fast - extrusion furnace black ( carbon black）

Iodine absorption of the product is 43, DBP absorption values 121, the particle surface is smooth.

With high structure, it has the highest reinforcing ability in the soft carbon black .

Applied to tyre texture, sidewall, inner tube and other extrusion, calendering products rubber compound.

This product is suitable for natural rubber and all kinds of synthetic rubber.

It can be easily dispersed and can give rubber high resistance , fast extrusion speed, small Expansion hole and smooth surface.

Good performance with high- temperature resistance and heat conduction of vulcanized rubber, reinforced performance, flexibility and resilience are good as well.

When this product is used for butyl rubber inner tube, It’s better to use N660 together.
