Model: H6 No Carrier Black Masterbatch

The model is made of the imported pigment carbon black and high molecular weight additives, with production procedures of mixing, milling, refining, extruding, granulation and polishing.

The carbon black concentration is as high as 75%, no any PE carrier, wax and filler included.

Appearance: 2.5*3.0mm round black pellet

Application: This masterbatch is suitable for the engineering material modifying, such as ABS, PC, PA66, PS, POM, TPR, TPU, PVC, PP, Nylon so on.

Property: Environment-friendly, nontoxic, smellless, glory appearance and high concentration and bluish shade, good dispersion, no pollution.

Complied with ROHS requirements and heavy metal regulations.

Characteristic: This masterbatch is one new product, it discovers the shortcomings of normal black master batches, such as anti high production temperature (as high as 460 ℃), high concentration, no affection to the plastic performance of the modified material, no moisture included, lower dosage.

This masterbatch is not suitable for the applications of blowing film, cable, pipe filament so on.

Usage: Mixed with materials.

Dosage: suggested 0.5-1%.
