Polycarbonate thermoforms well, is easy to paint, and bonds well using solvents or adhesives.
Polycarbonate's toughness and optical clarity make it ideal for a wide variety of applications including: Machine guards, Face shields , Skylights, Card racks , Table tents , .
Polycarbonate rod and plate are easy to machine and have excellent dimensional stability.
Machine grade polycarbonate is used for numerous applications including electrical components, manifolds, site glasses.
Characteristics:
1)excellent dielectric property.
2) High impact strength: up to 250 times stronger than glass.
3) Transparency: 95% of normal glass.
4 Anti-ultraviolet rays: produced by adopting co-extrusion method.
5 Fireproof: rated Class B1 according to QB8624-1997 standards.
