( 1) Product Description:
Chopped strand mat is made of randomly dispersed strands with powder or emulsion bonded.
Applicable for hand lay- up, continuous lamination process; compatibal with UP, VE.
Suitbale for transparent panels, ship bodies, automobile parts and interior decoration, etc.
( 2) Characteristics:
Consistet thickness and stiffness;
Rapid impregnating and good compatibility with resin;
Superior wet through with less air trap;
Good mechanical properties and high strength of parts.
( 3) Packing & Storage:
Each roll is packed by polyester bag, then put into carton or plastic woven bag;
Weight of each roll is 20- 85 kg;
The rolls are horizontally placed and could be loaded in bulk or on pallet;
Optimum storage condition are between temperature 5- 35°c and with humidity between 35% - 65% ;
Product should be used within 12 months from the time of delivery and remain in original package until just prior to use.
