1.3- in- 1 monoblock is composed of rinser, filler, capper, frame,
sealing window, main motor and transferring system, cap unscrambler
and electric control system etc.
2 - The overturning device of the rinser is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle clamp, up turnplate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray.
3 - Filling device is mainly composed of filling tank, filling valve, guide rail, etc.
4 - Capping device is composed of cap unscrambler, cap drop rail and capper.
5 - The assistant equipments include rinsing water recycle tank, bottle- in conveyor and bottle- out chain conveyor.
Besides that, according to the customer’s requirement, the machine could be equipped with manual bottle loader ( or bottle unscrambling) , manual bottle arranging multichain, automatic cap feeder and so on.
