Jinbowantong Prepainted Steel Coil - China

Prepainted steel coil is based on galvanized steel coil or galvalume steel coil as substrate, that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil coating process, which produces a uniform paint finish.

The metal is unwound, cleaned and chemically treated during the process.

Depending on product specifications, one or both sides may then be primed and coated, oven cured and rewound.

Usually the paint is used with polyester paint, silicone modified polyester, high-durable paint, pvdf paint or other specified paint.

A polymer coating is available in various colours as well as a matte, lustre or decorative natural finish (granite, wood, etc).

Organic coated galvanised steel is corrosion-resistant, has excellent mechanical properties and can be formed, profiled or stamped.
