2 - Heat treatment process of 5120H steel

The heat treatment process of 5120H steel mainly includes: annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, etc.

1 - Annealing: Heat 5120H steel to an appropriate temperature, keep it warm for a period of time, and then cool it slowly to reduce the hardness of the steel and improve its plasticity and toughness.

2 - Normalizing: Heat SAE 5120H to an appropriate temperature, keep it warm for a period of time, and then cool it quickly to improve the hardness and strength of the steel.

3 - Quenching: Heat it to an appropriate temperature, keep it warm for a period of time, and then cool it quickly to improve the hardness and strength of the steel.

4 - Tempering: After quenching, heat it to an appropriate temperature again, keep it warm for a period of time, and then cool it slowly to reduce the brittleness of the steel and improve its plasticity and toughness.
