Nitriding treatment of JIS SKT4 plate

Nitriding treatment is a heat treatment method to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of JIS SKT4 plate.

By placing the steel part in a nitriding furnace containing nitrogen, the nitrogen reacts chemically with the surface of the steel part to form a high-hardness nitrided layer.
