Cobalt Type Aisi T4 Steel Round Bar Sheet Plate - China

T4 steel is a tungsten-based general cobalt-containing high-speed steel.

It has slightly higher red hardness and high-temperature hardness than W18Cr4V, but has lower toughness.

After quenching, the surface hardness can reach 63~66HRC.

T4 steel is used as high-speed cutting tools and tools for automated machine tools for cutting higher strength materials.

T4 steel hardness: delivery hardness: (other processing methods) ≤ 285HB; (annealing) ≤ 269HB.
