Duplex 2507 Stainless Steel Plate - China

saf2507(1.4410/uns s32750) is a ferritic-austenitic (duplex) stainless steel, which combines many of the most beneficial properties of ferritic steel and austenitic steel, because the steel contains high chromium and molybdenum therefore, it has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion.

the two-way microstructure ensures that the steel has a high resistance to stress corrosion cracking, and the mechanical strength is also high.

2507 dual-phase steel density: 8.03g/cm3, melting point: 1300-1390 ℃, magnetic: none heat treatment: heat preservation between 1000-1052℃ for 1-2 hours, rapid air cooling or water cooling.

mechanical properties: tensile strength: σb≥795mpa, yield strength σb≥550mpa: elongation: δ≥15%, hardness ≤310 (hb).
