Carbon steel with Manganese- Silicon plate SA299 Grade A, SA299 Grade B under steel specification standard ASME SA 299/ SA 299M.
There are other two steel grades A299 Grade A and A299 Grade B owned the similar steel properity which is according to ASTM A 299/ A 299M.
As for the heat treatment, steel plate A299 Grade A and A299 Grade B equal and under 50 millimeter are normally rolled in the as- rolled condition, pressure vessel steel plate.
