W-Nr 1.7147 alloy pipe production process:

Smelting: W-Nr 1.7147 alloy pipe is smelted in an electric furnace or converter, the composition and impurity content of the raw materials are strictly controlled, and the ratio of alloy elements is accurately adjusted to ensure that the quality and composition of the molten steel meet the requirements.

During the smelting process, refining and other processes are usually used to remove impurities such as gas and inclusions in the molten steel to improve the purity of the steel.

Rolling: After the smelted steel ingot is heated, it is processed into a steel pipe by hot rolling or cold rolling.

The hot rolling process is suitable for the production of steel pipes with larger diameters and wall thicknesses, which can improve the strength and toughness of W-Nr 1.7147 alloy pipe; the cold rolling process can produce steel pipes with high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality, which is suitable for some occasions with high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

During the rolling process, parameters such as rolling temperature, speed and reduction need to be controlled to obtain good organizational structure and performance.
