8620 alloy steel bar belongs to low-carbon alloy steel, and its main chemical components include carbon (C), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), silicon (Si), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), etc.

The carbon content is generally 0.18%-0.23%.

Hardness performance: After standard carburizing, quenching and tempering treatment, the surface hardness of 8620 alloy steel bar can usually reach about HRC58-62, while the core can still maintain a certain toughness due to the relatively low carbon content, and the hardness is generally around HRC30-40 - This hard surface and tough core feature enables 8620 alloy steel bar to effectively resist surface wear and deformation when subjected to complex stress, and prevent failure forms such as fracture in the core.

Wear resistance advantage: 8620 alloy steel bar shows good wear resistance under various wear conditions.
