Pneumatic Rubber Fenders are made of an outer rubber layer, reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layer, and inner rubber layer, vulcanized firmly.

1 - Rubber outer layer

Thick rubber is adhered extermally for the protdction of the foundation of pneumatic fender.

This is highly resistant to cutting harsh weather or sea weater.

2 - Reinforcing cord layer

The foundation uses for its strong nylon fabrics and tire cord with rubber.

The inner rubber layer consists of an excellent airtight compound with strong adhesive properties.
