Also written as Hot dipped galvanized floor grating, Hot dipped galvanised floor grating is a type of steel bar grating made with serrated bar and bearing bars with heavy melt zinc coating protection on the surface, ideal for long term indoor and outdoor services as industrial floor grating and grating stair tread.

The Hot-Dip galvanizing applied on grating plates and bars comply with ASTM A 123 / A 123M.

Packing and Delivery

Our floor grates are provided with suitable protection and packing to ensure their safe delivery to the Delivery Point in satisfactory condition.

The packing is suitable for the onward transportation, unloading, as well as transportation to offshore objectives.

2 - Inspection report (or equivalent documents) with enclosed material test certificates (for serrated bar, banded flat bar, twisted rod and galvanizing test certificate)

3 - Certificate of quality and quantity;

Tropical and marine application

Supplied grating material must be considered environmental conditions, regulatory requirements and working conditions of offshore objectives.

Technical conditions:

The grating material must be enhanced non-slip characteristics due to oily and slip surface of floors, walkways on offshore objectives during application.

The gratings must be enhanced anticorrosion characteristics due to high corrosive conditions on offshore objectives.
