After starting the equipment, the laser probe starts working, and the valve cage of the hydraulic pressure control valve is imaged 360 degrees by the camera and automatically focuses.

The entire contour data of the valve cage can be read in 3-5 seconds, and the program automatically compares.

If the accuracy meets the standard, the screen will display green, otherwise it will be red.

With this authoritative testing, the defective valve cages are eliminated to ensure that the accuracy of each valve cage delivered is up to standard.
