AAK independently developed an automated ultrasonic assembly line 6 years ago, to clean each processed component.

There are 4 procedures, one linked with another, without the need for manual labor.

1 - First, degrease.

We do this by immersing each component in a degreasing tank for more than half an hour, to ensure that the surface oil stains of each component are completely removed.

2 - After oil removal, it automatically enters the ultrasonic cleaning tank.

By utilizing ultrasound, the direct inflow effect in the liquid disperses, emulsifies, and peels off impurities on the surface of the component.

3 - After ultrasonic cleaning, the components automatically enter the rust prevention tank for rust prevention treatment, improving the corrosion resistance of each component.

4 - Finally, each component enters the automatic drying tank for drying.

After 100% drying, proceed to the assembly workshop.
