This equipment is equipped with 12 cutting tools, with B-axis and C-axis linkage.

Turning and milling can be completed in one go, reducing the number of clamping times.

One clamping, completing all the machining processes of the hydraulic directional control valve cage in one go, from drilling, boring, edge milling, to threading, its production efficiency is 40% higher than most machining centers.

This process setting not only improves production efficiency, but also avoids human error.
