The oil supply in the middle of the convex ring part is with the connecting channel outside the rear end.

3 - The pressure regulating screw is hollow at the rear end of the valve spool to form an inner cavity, which can move axially and change the axial force of the spring.

The inner cavity wall of the front end of the pressure regulating screw is matched with the front end face of the convex ring to limit the buffer piston to move forward.

For the optimized hydraulic cartridge relief valve, when the pressure at the second oil port rises instantaneously, the valve spool opens the overflow valve, so that the opening pressure of the valve is low, and the oil flows from the second oil port to the first oil port and fills the valve cavity.

The oil in the inner chamber flows into the inner chamber of the buffer piston through the damping hole.

If the pressure in the inner chamber of the buffer piston increases, the valve spool can be closed to generate secondary pressure, and the valve spool can be opened to overflow again to realize the buffer overflow function.
