According to the drawing of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve sent by Marvin, although it is difficult for the coaxiality error to be less than 0.002mm, our engineers have the means and are willing to work overtime to deal with it.

At the same time, diamond reamers are equipped for reaming to ensure the surface roughness, cylindricity and roundness error of the valve hole.

These precision parameters are controllable and stable.

3 - In terms of detection, the improved CMM is used to check, and the coaxiality error is strictly controlled within 0.002mm.
