Bauer asked me to arrange production immediately, and needed to ship before CNY, which means it would have only 30+ days to reprogram and produce 70 hydraulic flow control cartridge valves.

AAK hydraulic flow control cartridge valve knob system includes positioning rod, adjusting handle, positioning rod adjusting screw and adjusting screw seat.

The upper end of the adjusting screw seat is provided with a screw hole that is suitable for the thread of the adjusting screw of the positioning rod, and the upper end of the adjusting screw of the positioning rod is fixedly connected with the handle.

This structure is completely different from the concept of the Brazilian cartridge valve manufacturer.

It is not only easy to operate, but also more durable.

1 - Between the lower end of the positioning rod adjusting screw and the upper end of the valve opening positioning rod, there is an intermediate transition adjustment shaft, and the lower end of the intermediate transition adjustment shaft and the upper end are also provided with a step shaft.

2 - The lower end of the adjusting screw seat is equipped with an adaptive adjusting shaft positioning hole.

The valve opening positioning rod is a ladder rod with the upper end diameter greater than the lower end diameter.

The upper end of the ladder rod is equipped with an adaptive adjusting shaft connecting hole.
