A:

GB flexible filler is a kind of special rubber as raw material.

It has a lot of characteristics, such as uniqueness, high plasticity, heat resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance and non-toxic and tasteless, water resistance, good adhesion performance and also it's easy to operate.

It is a new type of flow type of seal material which is produced for concrete face seal, the surrounding rock joint seal and the expansion joint sealing.

It is a key material of dam sealing surface.

It can also serve as a concrete building joint surface sealing material.

A: The following are the characteristics of the GB flexible filler:

1 - It has excellent deformation and mobility.

It can flow under the action of water pressure and squeeze into the gap to the sealing effect.

Its anti permeability performance is excellent, and it has enclosed waterproof effect to pores and crack.

2 - It has good bonding performance.

Bonding strength of GB flexible filler with concrete is better then itself tensile strength, so that we can make sure bonding interface does not occur under various operating conditions.

Q: What's the application range of GB flexible filler?

A:

1 - Expansion joint and peripheral joint of a variety of large and medium sized hydropower projects.

2 - Seal up of Large panel, expansion joints, and the joints of roof parapet.

3 - Waterproof sealing of basement, civil air defence works, tunnel subway, culvert and all kinds of water supply and drainage works.

4 - Bond seal of concrete and rubber, plastics, ceramics and all kinds of metal materials.

Q: How to construct about GB flexible filler?

Cut out "V" type slot which is 8CM wide, 8CM deep for all kinds of joints and crack mouth.

The full removal of stone chips, dust and loose animal, filled with mortar uneven, and make it dry.

Before construction, rub the material into a thick strip close to the seam width.

And then fill up the joints on the dressing with that material, to make the deposited high surface be specified convex cylinder.
