1 - Introduction:

Positioners of the horizontal turntables are used for welding, grinding and positioning purposes.

Infinitly variable turning speed, achieved by an inverter controlled motor gearbox allows ideal possibilities for welding and positioning.

Large bearings ensure stability and smooth movements.

These turntables are designed for maximum loads of 5T to 250T have universal applications in the manual or automatic welding and in the accurate positioning of work- pieces, and extensively applied in pressure vessel, metallurgy, power, chemical industry, metal structure and others lines.

We also provide tailor- made welding positioners according to your special requirements.

2 - Main features

The standard models of our horizontal turntables have the following features:

Robust all steel fabrication;

Geared AC- motor, controlled by an inverter ( Schneider or Panasonic) is driving the worktable over pinion and slewing ring.

Fully machined turntable of various sizes with centering grooves and T- slots;

Sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;

All motion parts have lubrication system;

Main electric elements are ABB/ Siemens brands;

Hand pendant with Forward& Reverse Rotation and speed potentiometer are standard;

Lifting lug;
