Production process of HS6-5-2 high speed tool steel
1 - Smelting: Smelting is carried out in a vacuum induction furnace or an electric arc furnace.
By controlling the ratio of raw materials and the temperature, time and other parameters during the smelting process, molten steel with uniform structure and good performance is obtained.
2 - Casting: The molten steel is poured into a prefabricated mold for casting, and the ingot is obtained after cooling.
3 - Heat treatment: The ingot is subjected to heat treatment processes such as forging, annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering to optimize the structure and performance of the steel.

5 - Surface treatment: The steel surface is subjected to surface treatment processes such as polishing, plating and coating as needed to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
