Technology introduction

In a narrow sense, the breaking cementing filling technology

is waste rock cementing filling technology.

As the aggregate

is waste rock, construction waste and other large aggregate,

it has to be broken into suitable graded aggregate before

pulping, and then mixed with cementing material to become

filling slurry, thus to be conveyed to underground for

filling.

The equipment mainly carry out secondary breaking

for waste rock and other aggregate, to ensure suitable

graded aggregate and improve the workability of material

slurry.

Meanwhile, in order to reduce pipe resistance, it

carries out screen classification for the super fine

aggregate, so as to ensure that -20μm aggregate content is

not less than 15%.

Technological innovation:

It adopts the new production and preparation process of

“screening before breaking”.

The gangue with qualified

size can be directly sent into the production process after

screening, while the coarse gangue will be broken by size

grading, which can greatly improve the production efficiency

and reduce the production cost.

It solves the problem that filling mine aggregate

source is insufficient, which has a great role in promoting

mine filling exploitation.

It adopts the advanced and reasonable mixing pulping

technology, which can solve the problems such as easy slurry

segregation and easy pipeline blockage caused by complex

aggregate.

It adopts vertical pipe decompression and horizontal

pipe drag reduction technology, which can reduce pipe

abrasion and increase filling pipe service life, as well as

improve the operational stability of filling system.
