Notes:

1 During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle

track are adopted;

2 Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven

for high temperature curing.

1 Fully automatic production line for electrostatic spraying for aluminum profile

2 Processing method: putting on profile - spraying - powder curing - natural cooling - taking

down the profile.

The whole processing adopts fully automatic processing manufacturing,

which is suitable for large- scale aluminum profile manufacturers.

3 Mainly consists of powder spraying system, conveying system, curing system and heating

system.

a) Powder spraying system

Powder spraying room: 1 set ( designing according to the user' s plant and output)

Small cyclone ( or large cyclone) : 1set

Reciprocating lift ( frequency conversion) : 2 sets

Automatic spraying gun: above 6 sets

Manual spraying gun: 2 sets

b) Powder curing oven

1 Generally more than 40 meters long ( designing according to the customer’s plant and output) .

2 Material of thermal insulation layer is fixed- shape rock wool, while the two ends are heat

insulating air curtain machine.

Cooling channel equipment inside.

c) Heating system

Including combustion chamber, stainless steel heat exchanger, circular fan, circular duct, and

combustion machine ( fuel: oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal)

d) Suspension transporting system

Including chain, track, transporting system, brace, drive motor and slings, etc

Unified design detailed construction project and production line drawings, according to the user' s

specific plant size, output and fuel, etc.
