This Double Vertical Ring Die Pellet Mill is a new product designed and
manufactured by our factory.
Its appearance is unique.
Its Performance
is more stable than the other types.
It is mainly appliable to process
wood sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo, palm tree fiber and other
materials.
Its advantages runs as below:
1 - Speed Reducer.
This reducer use high accurancy gear transmission.
It is matched with automatic hydraulic oil cycling system to make the machine life longer.
2 - Vertical Motor.
3 - Fan system.
The fan is situated at one side of the machine and you can control freely its working time.
Its function is to remove the dust in the machine and put out the hot steam.
4 - Working parts.
Its moulds and rollers is made of alloy steel material.
The hot processing is done by our factory and its hardness is more than 52 degree, so the machine life is longer.
The working way is extruding from inner side to out side.
While the capacity becomes higher, the hardness and density of the pellet are also improved.
There are two moulds put up and down side vertically, so you can use two moulds to make one size together, or you also can use two moulds to make two sizes pellets, too.
