1 - Our Service:

2 - We deliver the mould quotation to the customer upon receipt of your samples, drawing & requirements.

3 - After the approval on quotation and mould form, HQ PLASTIC& MOULD will work on 3D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.

4 - After the approval on 3D, HQ PLASTIC& MOULD will work on the detailed 2D mould drawings, that will send to the customer for approval.

5 - After the approval on mould drawing, the Production Dept.

begins the tooling, following and updating the “tooling and processing schedule” weekly.

6 - We send to the customer weekly “the photographic report” on the mould progress.

7 - Mould testing: We will inform you the date, then will send the sample’s inspection report & injection parameters with the sample to you.

8 - We deliver the mould to the customer together with mould assemble once get your instruction & confirmation for shipment.
