High-pile top sheet feeder choose traditional offset feeder design for high speed efficient production.
Independent servo-driven for the feeder with easy maintenance.
The lower suction belts driven by servo motor assure accurate sheet feeding.
Pneumatic bar can press the board front edge for smooth feeding when met curved board.
Multi sensors to monitoring feeding position of the bottom sheets, the upper two servo motors adjust the top sheets accordingly to make accurate register during lamination.
High precise coating roller and metering roller mechanism assures the even adhesive applied.
The laminated sheets collected by compress conveyor as standard for perfect bonding.
