Process flows:

rough turning - Q&T - -finish turning - machining keyway -

roll teeth, tooth surface intermediate frequency quenching,

quenching hardness HRC48-58 (specific hardness value need

according to condition, load and others factors to decide) -

grinding - finished product inspection

Gear shaft bearing rotating parts and with the rotary to

transfer movement and torque or bending moment of the

mechanical parts.

Generally for metal round rods, paragraphs

can have different diameters.
