4 - Furnace shell is consisted of upper shell and lower shell, and water cooled panels are assembled on shell frame and furnace roof frame; This structure is beneficial to replacement of furnace shell by crane with lower lifting capacity

5 - High current conductors of three phases are arranged in space In

triangular placement and so the arc powers of three phases are basically symmetrical; higher power factor and higher active power Can be obtained

6 - Electrode regulating system has very high speed characteristic owing to operated by hydraulic system and controlled by proportional valves

7 - All movements of furnace equipment are operated hydraulically,
