galvanizing line) , to provide support for the slab or sheets or strips

so that they could move through the furnace as requested, with operating

temperatures up to 1250°C.

The HEXINâ„¢ furnace rollers are made from high nickel and high chrome heat- resistant alloys, cobalt base alloys, like HU, HT, HK, HP, HW, 24/ 24NbTiZr, 50Cr/ 50Ni ( 2.4813) , 1.4865, 1.4849, 1.4848, 1.4410, 1.4059, 1.4841, 1.4845, 1.4852, 2.4879 or as per customer' s requirements, by spun casting barrel tube and static cones and forged shafts.

The roller sizes range from OD.

60MM to OD.

1600MM( 2.36 to 63inch) , according to customer design.

To guarantee the perfect performance of each roller we made, we control the quality from raw material inspect PMI , chemical composition controlled by Spectrometer, pressure testing for the barrel tube, eddy current test, CNC machining, grinding the surface to Ra.
