main role during glass heating, while larger volume of

compressed air is blown into heating furnace by intelligent

pipe convection system.

Therefore, both online and offline

low-e glass can be evenly heated.

JetConvectionTM——

Convection heationg plays main role during glass heationg.

After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air

inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then

goes back to hot air blowers for contiuous circulation,

which not only ensure even heating, low production costs,

but enhance the quality of the end products as well.

Series Combined Flat tempering Furnace LD-AT Series Combined

Flat tempering Furnace has two combined heating sections, in

which JetConvection heating and AirStream heating

technologies can be applied for optimum heating effect

according to different features of glass sheets; its

quenching and cooling section consists of one chiller or

more chillers according to quality requirements of end

products.

The flexible combinations of JetConvection and

AirStream heating technologies and various working modes

form different performances and features of these series

products, which meet particular requests due to different

kinds of glass sheets.

Tempering Furnace LD-AT0 Series Forced Convection Combined

Flat Tempering Furnace has two heating sections with

JetConvection heating technology applied; this furnace

ensures the best quality of end products and a higher yield.

Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E

(E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass,

pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Technical Features:

1 - Much longer heating section and tempering section ensure

that the glass sheets can be heated to the right temperature

in unidirectional movement and then be tempered and cooled

quickly.

2 - Agile velocity curve regulating and control system

accommodate to different glass heating stage.

Logic servo

controlled continuous mode and complete continuous mode can

be switched according to the different size of glass sheets.

3 - Continuous running blower ensure energy saving.

4 - There is no need for glass to do jigging motion in both

heating section tempering, section and cooling section, that

in large extent reducing quality defects such as white haze,

scrape, waviness, etc.

5 - Continuous tempering technology ensure much higher

productivity, suitable for tempering large volumes of flat
