Azs Blocks For Glass Melting Furnace - China

Fused cast AZS block is also named as the fused zirconia corundum

blocks, it was made by the melting of mixtures of high purity of alumina

powder and zircon sand containing 65% of zirconia and 34% of silica in

the electric furnace.

The molten mixture in the furnace would be poured

into the mould already prepared, after the cooling and demould, the

machining process will be followed.

The final products is white colored

solid block.

Our products will use the industry alumina powder from local and the zircon sand from Australia as the raw materials, which will be made into the refractories containing the ZrO2 range from 33%---45%.
