Intermittence Ball Mill is also known as ceramic ball mill, It is a
crucial beneficiation equipment used for grinding the materials after
being crushed.
The milling machine is widely used for beneficiation and
grinding all kinds of ores and some grindable materials under dry or wet
process in cement, silicate products, new building mateials, refractory
materials, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metals , glass ceramics
and other industries.
There are both wet grinding and dry grinding, especially the dry grinding can produce ultra-fine powder and the fineness could upto 1000-16000 meshes.

The Working Principle of Intermittence Ball Mill:
The Intermittence ball mill(ceramic ball mill) is horizontal cylinder rotating device, along the gear transmission, the two storehouse, grate energy-saving ball mill by feeding device.
The material enter into feeding device via feeding apparatus evenly get to the material hollow shaft spiral of the first mill storehouse, there is lining board and bellows inside ladder that installed inside linings in the storehouse, different specifications steel balls are put inside, cylinder rotating centrifugal will produce a certain height to the ball, which lead to have effect on thumping and abrasive.
Material in the first storehouse reach coarse grinding, through the single-layer diaphragms into the second storehouse, which has flat inside lining board and steel ball.
Then the materials will be given further grinding.
Powder content is poured off through the unloading lift board finishing grinding operations
