The Production Lines ( Ballon Forming ) Operating Requirements

Production speed: 8.0m/ min- 10.0m/ min.

Single balloon weight is controlled in the range of the following （ reference value g） : flat 8: 185- 190; Flat 7: 105- 110; Flat 6: 100- 105.

1 Mold cleaning process

1.1 Wash the molds with round brush: start the round brush device, spray with clean water and scrub.

1.2 Wash molds: soak the molds in hot water, the water temperature 80 ℃ - 100 ℃ .

1.3 Stop the machine to clean the molds depending on the dirt extent of the molds ( once a week when normal production) .

After soaked in 20% to 25 % hydrochloric acid, then scrub with cleaning powder one by one, last washed with water.

Before production, the new molds should be treated in the same way.

2 Dip coagulant process

2.1 Temperature： 45~50℃

2.2Length: dip to the mark of the track lines

3 Coagulant drying processes

　 Adopt hot air circulation drying.

After dipped coagulant, the molds will be horizontal and scroll evenly into the drying oven.

Temperature： 60℃ － 80℃ 。

4 Dipping process

4.1the temperature of dipping tank ： 30~35℃
