Fully automatic scissor type horizontal band saw machine is typically designed for fully automatic precise cutting various metals or non-metallic materials, such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and wide range of other alloys, plus wood, plastic, rubber, and so on, This kind of band saw machine can fully automatically cut round material with diameter up to 350mm (14') and square sheets in size up to 320mm(H) * 450mm(W) or 12.50'(H) * 17.75'(W).

The guaranteed cut-off accuracy is +/- 0.1 mm/100 mm of material cut.

It is widely used in a variety of industries such as steel processing industry, steel furniture manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, fitting equipment manufacturing, packaging industry, ceramic cutting industry and so on.

Main Features of Fully Automatic Scissor Type Horizontal Band Saw Machine

1 - Automatic cutting material feeding.

2 - Germany worm, gear and main motor.

3 - Japan MITSUBISHI PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which controls the whole sawing/cutting process.

4 - Taiwan solenoid valve and oil pump

5 - Turbine box with high pulling torque and low noise

6 - Man-machine interface replaces the traditional control panel, the working status is indicated by a lamp, the working parameters and the operation guidance can be set and displayed on the screen.

7 - Feed length is 500mm one way, which is controlled by grating ruler, the tolerance is less than 0.2mm.

8 - Coolant pump for band lubrication and cooling

9 - Saw blade guidance device is equipped with the anti-friction bearing and hard alloy.

10 - Hydraulic blade tensioning

11 - Overload protection device for saw blade

12 - The machine is able to step-less adjust the cutting speed according to the material to ensure best cutting, which extends service life of the saw blade.

13 - Cursor positioning: projector device makes a shadow cast on working piece to have a precise cutting size

14 - Wire chip brush for band cleaning

15 - After cutting sheets of different lengths, the saw blades automatically reset and the saw frame automatically rises up.

16 - Machine stops automatically when saw blade breaks to insure safety.
