The main characteristic of the machine is that it can save 1/3 electric energy compared with traditional or other factories’ similar machines.

The reason is that this machine is using bearing other than tile sets.

The tile sets are easy to be heated, blasted or burned and most importantly, the friction is much bigger.

It is known that coefficient of sliding friction is several hundred times bigger than coefficient of rolling friction.

Therefore, the traditional machine uses 45 KW power while this machine only uses 30 KW power with the same output.
